However, some of the users are no longer with the company, so their licenses were revoked/sign-in blocked/etc. Now, the audit log is missing all of the data for those users when going to Related &#8211;&gt; Audit log on that entity.</p>

This is how we&#8217;ve done it for a lot of our products.</p>

Once entries are posted to the Production Order, I&#8217;m not aware of a way to delete them. The workaround I&#8217;ve used is to output the item and then do a negative item journal to remove the output item, and then verify everything looks okay from the G/L side. </p>

<p>How do you determine what your total demand is vs. what you can manufacture? Do you have a sales order open in BC that shows shipped vs. requested quantity? <p>We had a very similar situation, where we needed to change practically all of our item tracking codes. Some items weren&#8217;t tracked that needed to be, and other items (think screws, nuts, washers) were item tracked and no one knew why. </p>

<p>It appears that after 1/31/24, that FloatRates stopped converting to KWD and QAR. </p>
<p>Has this happened to anyone else? I don&#8217;t see it listed on their site anymore for a USD conversion, so I submitted a ticket with them, but was just curious if this has happened before. </p>

<p>I could convert the Excel Sheet into a Form, PW protect the page, and then use PA to push it into CRM.</p>

<p>You could easily do a custom report layout in the &#8220;Report Layout&#8221; section of BC, navigate to report ID 10123, and modify it to your liking. </p>

If anyone is looking for a streamlined way of processing employee expenses, I can&#8217;t recommend this solution enough. </p>

When publishing the changes from Excel, it defaulted all of our users to have a 1/1/1900 Expiration Date, meaning everyone was instantly locked out of BC, even though the Excel file didn&#8217;t have a value here.</p>
<p>Thankfully I found a service account that didn&#8217;t get&hellip;</p>

<p>Ultimately, we transitioned to only using production orders, and creating separate part numbers during the manufacturing process. In&hellip;</p>
