    Warehousing Changes: Zones

    In the past, you needed to enable Directed-Pick-and-Put to unlock the power of Zones in your warehouse. With the 2023 Wave 1 update, you can now organize your warehouse in Zones without the added complexity of Directed-Pick-and-Put. Separate your overstock bins from your pick bins by creating different zones in BC. Can you see the benefit for your company?

    This would have been very helpful as we expanded to warehousing in NAV/BC a few years ago. Instead I had to teach everyone on how directed put-away and pick functioned… let’s just say some people were not happy compared no our non-warehousing locations

    Chris,

    Would you consider evaluating your current warehouse settings and pulling back from directed pick to simplify where possible or continue working with the more strict requirements?
