Allow Customers to Enter Their Own Opportunity

Good morning,

We have a use case where certain customers must give us their quarterly forecast. Currently, this is all done manually via Excel that the customer sends to us, and then someone has to transform that data into an Opportunity inside of CRM.

Are there any add-ons that would allow a customer to do this? Or does anyone have suggestions on how to accomplish this?

Absolutely a wonderful case for Power Automate!!

You just need to figure out your trigger. It can be Excel, you can ask them to submit a web form, etc. Once that trigger happens, you may want to consider an approval flow step to check for accuracy, then create new dataverse rows!

  Ah, that’s a great idea. I already have forms integrated from our Public Facing Website that get pushed into CRM.
  
  I could convert the Excel Sheet into a Form, PW protect the page, and then use PA to push it into CRM.
