00:20 — A new feature of Dynamics 356 Sales that was rolled out in December is using Microsoft Copilot for lead support. Currently, the feature is in public preview.

- View existing leads in the Sales Copilot
- Create and edit lead records from emails
- Associate emails and meetings with lead record

- Interact with leads related account and other entities
