Heidi is Director of Customer Success at Reenhanced. She is a Microsoft MVP for Business Applications and is passionate about user adoption, out-of-the-box configuration tools, Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
Heidi has been working with Microsoft CRM since 2010. Her journey began on the customer side with an On-Premise CRM 4.0 system. Since then, she has been a System Administrator for customers running CRM 2011, 2013, 2015 and Dynamics 365. She moved to the Partner side of Dynamics 365 in 2017 and has been helping organizations of all sizes to implement, fix and rescue their CRM implementations.
