This is beneficial as it allows users to get a “jumpstart on creativity” and reduce the time needed to create a PowerPoint, including adding images or text and adjusting the layout.

01:44 — To get started, open up PowerPoint, and select the Copilot button at the top of the ribbon. He asks Copilot to create a presentation that includes five slides, focused on the benefits of Copilot for Dynamics 365 Field Service. He shows the output, which includes the five slides, relevant images for each, bullet points, and contextual notes in the “Notes” pane.

03:00 — Aaron encourages users to enhance the visual aspect of the slide deck by using Designer after using Copilot to generate a PowerPoint presentation. In essence, the use of Microsoft Copilot inside of PowerPoint greatly helps to cut back on time, while boosting creativity.
