Specifically, Microsoft recently formed a partnership with G42 that aims to accelerate AI innovation in the UAE and beyond. Microsoft is investing $1.5 billion in G42 for a minority stake in the company. Last year, G42 was one of the first partners to commit to implementing Microsoft Cloud for Sovereignty offering to the UAE-based organizations.
