The first one is related to Microsoft Copilot, which created a lot of buzz at the event. He explains that “if the proper infrastructure and security is not done correctly, you’re not going to be able to take advantage of these new features.” His suggestion to companies? “Invest the time, invest the money in doing that correctly.”
11:06 — On the partner side, Louis explains that many partners expressed their challenges with finding strong Dynamics 365 talent. “This is a candidate-driven market. This is a small community. You need someone like us, whether it’s training your internal team, and you need to sell yourselves to these individuals.” On the client side, Louis referenced a major pain point — critical employees leaving the company unexpectedly, causing massive delays in projects, or causing costs that are “insurmountable when it comes to that individual data migration.” Other key trends include finding the right ways to integrate Dynamics 365, finding local talent that wants to be in the office, and turnaround times after a go-live.
