This fiber optics company “has one instance of CRM, they have three instances of Business Central, they use HubSpot, they have an industry-specific app that they use as well. And they needed to integrate it all together,” explains Pam. For the fiber optics company, these multiple instances raised the question of “Which one is the master of this data?” Pam advises that users carefully consider the integration aspect and how it will address critical business problems.
John agrees that integration has become a critical part of enabling businesses to run on the systems that utilize.
05:13 — Ryan shares a story from Micro Matic, a tap dispenser company, that was having issues with tax compliance. Specifically, Micro Matic was finding that its systems and tax compliance were not updating frequently.
Avalara stepped in and provided Micro Matic with the proper integration it needed for its Dynamics 365 system, implementing a solution that saved time, money, and “headaches,” explains Ryan.
