00:09 – Why track visitors? It is important for non-profit organizations to track visitors so they can become members and keep them coming back to events. Keeping track of the number of visits from each attendee makes it more possible for them to become a member.
00:57 – What is important data to collect from a visitor? Important data pieces are the visitor’s address, date of visit, whether or not it was their first visit, and if they came alone or in a group. Users can also insert comments about each visit.
