How to Configure Dynamics 365 Sales App Settings

Highlights

00:24 — In the lower right corner of the screen, select Sales > App Settings. If you expand the “Show All” settings, you will see all the app settings available.

00:54 — In her video, Heidi starts with the Copilot setting and she enables Copilot for all Sales apps. By default, this will be enabled. However, users can opt to enable or disable certain settings for different Sales apps.

01:45 — The same can be done with the Leads and Opportunities area. By default, lead qualification auto-creates a new contact and accounts for a new opportunity. By changing the settings, users can disable this. Next, she shows how to configure the settings for productivity tools.
