While on-site at Community Summit North America 2023, Dynamics Communities Editor Cam Sessinger interviewed Kylie Kiser, Community Summit Legend, UG Expert, Microsoft MVP, and Solution Architect at RSM Canada. In this discussion, Kylie shares her experience in the Microsoft Business Applications space and speaks to the evolution of Community Summit.

It’s a great time to get involved.” In addition to the community that’s grown, Kylie explains how the products have grown, too. “There are so many new tools, and I encourage people to learn all about these tools,” such as Microsoft Copilot and the rise of artificial intelligence.
