This course spans two full days. Day 1 covers System Admin 101, designed to be a hands-on experience for those new to being a Dynamics 365 System Admin to learn about solution management, Power Platform Admin Center, security 101, and more. Day 2 covers System Admin 201, building upon the first day and focusing on topics like Copilot for Sales, Marketing, and Service, advanced settings, Power Automate, and Power BI integration.

Learning objectives include:

  • Solution management best practices that you can implement in your environment
  • How to use out-of-the-box tools to enhance, modify, and extend your CRM system
  • How to configure Teams and Outlook integrations, as well as how to use the Sales Copilot and Copilot for Sales
