00:39 — Recently, Microsoft released new Copilot updates in Dynamics 365 Sales. One of these features is the Copilot for Sales Tip Time. This feature aims to assist sellers in understanding the capabilities of Copilot for Sales, providing quick tips, and facilitating product learning.

01:42 — More specifically, Microsoft has made available a presentation that goes into more depth on the ways Tip Time can be integrated and experienced with a current Dynamics 365 or Salesforce CRM. This tool is intended to focus on five core areas within a CRM:

  • Productivity
  • Interactions
  • Flow of Work
  • Administration
  • Monitoring

02:38 — Lastly, Aaron explains how Tip Time caters to various seller personalities. Outside of Sales roles, Tip Time can also benefit admin-level roles and supervisors. In closing, Aaron notes that “this is a nice, guided way to really assist somebody with learning more about how it’s going to help them in an application they’re already familiar with and in their role as a seller, or an administrator, or supervisor.”
