55 — Users attend Community Summit North America to simplify their business systems and achieve results. As such, the team at Dynamics Communities is pleased to announce a new initiative called the Partner Incentive and Customer Success Initiative. This initiative serves as a customer success program for partners whose customers will be attending the event. Many companies are bringing multiple attendees, and the event offers user-oriented educational programming curated by user and partner committees.
45 — The customer success aspect of the initiative involves providing discount or promo codes to partners, enabling their customers to access the event at reduced rates. There are various incentives for partners, and each partner has their own promo code. As a result, partners are encouraged to promote their discount codes to their customers, which are intended to show appreciation for the partners’ support.
20 — Pam explains that the more customers partners bring in, the more value those customers receive. Partners will receive various discounts based on the number of customers they bring. For example, if a partner brings 10 customers, they will receive a $1,000 credit for the following year. Similarly, the rewards increase as the number of customers brought by the partner increases.
40 — Ryan emphasizes the significance of these incentives in today’s world, where saving money is crucial. Saving on ticket prices or sponsorships benefits the entire ecosystem. Pam elaborates and shares that the partner who brings in the most users using their promo code will receive a bar inside their booth at the Welcome Reception. Additionally, the other top four partners will have a celebration in the main booth, enabling them to mingle with their customers.
01 — John explains that the goal is to create an environment that celebrates the partners’ programming and lets them celebrate their customers. The private bar within their booth during the opening reception provides an intimate setting for connections amid a crowded event. Saving on ticket prices is significant for companies bringing multiple attendees, as it reduces their overall investment in the event. This is especially important in the current economic climate. The team encourages partners to visit their website for more details and reach out if they have any questions.
40 — In conclusion, the team’s objective is to give back to the community that supports them. In building the largest independent gathering of the Microsoft business applications ecosystem driven by users, helping to simplify processes and deliver results for both partners and users is critical.
