Understanding Calculated Fields in Dataverse

Calculated fields are a type of column available in Dataverse and can be used to automate manual calculations. There are a few out-of-the-box calculated fields you will see on certain tables, like Full Name (which is a calculated field combining First Name + Last Name). Additionally, you can create your own custom-calculated fields to help enhance the data displayed in your tables. In this post, UG Expert and Microsoft MVP Heidi Neuhauser reviews the column type and explains how to create one.
