Using Unit Conversions on Released Products in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

In the last post on setting up Units and Unit conversions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, one thing that was discussed was how a supplier will sell in one unit of measure (UOM), a company may then stock it in another UOM, and then that same company may turn around and sell it in another UOM!

So, how does this work and what do we need to do to utilize this functionality in the system?
