00:07 – The Field Service mobile app is used by the Philadelphia Housing Development Corporation to schedule inspections. Additionally, budget staff members use the app to ensure the proper amount of funds are allocated for housing.

00:35 – The corporation works with about 100 contractors who use the Field Service mobile app for its contractor portal functionally. Bane said this has been a “huge win” for the organization because it has allowed them to reduce their paper use and focus on electronic means of communication.

01:09 – Bane explains how the Field Service Mobile app has expedited the payment process, taking the process from over two months down to three weeks.
