Highlights

00:18 — Work list items appear in the Sales accelerator. In her example, Heidi uses the Leads section to demonstrate how to customize and configure the items. Begin in the Sales Hub and enable customizations for work list items. On the Worklist page, select the ellipses and then Settings. Ensure that Admin mode is toggled on. Save the new settings.

02:04 — Heidi demonstrates how to customize work list items. When customizing, the configurations are made on the right pane, and the preview of those customizations can be seen on the left pane. She explains how to add other fields and more rows of data to a work list item.

03:36 — Once all the customizations have been made, save your work. The system will show the model-driven app instead of the Sales Accelerator.
