Creating an Account Team with Microsoft Copilot, Dynamics 365 Sales

00:21 — As the video begins, Heidi searches for an email address that is already in the Dynamics system. In this instance, Microsoft Copilot has recognized this email address as both a Contact and an Account. Next, Heidi sets up an Account team for this address.

00:50 — By hovering over the Information icon, users can learn more about the Account team. For Heidi, this collaboration is joining together Microsoft Copilot, Dynamics 365 Sales, OneNote, and Teams. Next, she creates a new Team and sets it to Public. Add the proper members and the Teams channel will be set!

01:44 — In Dynamics 365 Sales, Heidi creates an “Opportunity” that links together the Contact and Account for the associated email address and connects more records to it.
