Key Takeaways
- Company overview: In his role, Meade describes how he supports the team that supports partners in determining the best ways to help their customers solve problems across their entire business needs. Truvio is the coming together of various brands and products that its partners have been using for decades. It delivers finance, operations, and commerce solutions that are natively built for the Microsoft D365 ecosystem, so primarily in Business Central, Finance & Operations, and Finance & Supply Chain Management.
- Consolidation: Last year, there were a few booths that made up what is now consolidated as Truvio. When there are customers who have different needs ā banking, treasury automation, AP automation, etc. ā who previously talked to a couple of companies, they can now just talk to one company. “I think that’s going to be what’s interesting for us this year, as we see people that are looking to solve more problems with less moving parts,” Meade says.
- Enhancements & milestones for the community: Truvio has a couple of developments that the community can look forward to. One is that the company is evaluating where it might make sense to bundle some of its products, making it more streamlined for customers. Another area is AI. TruvioSense is a purpose-built AI intelligence layer that the company is embedding inside its platform to help with business decisions and provide better visibility.
- The ideal client: Customers that make the most sense for Truvio include customers in industries that have complicated processes. “We see that, really, across all of our suites,” Meade reports. There could be some gaps inside of either Microsoft or with other standard or entry-level products that just aren’t cutting it for them, and they need more. “A lot of times, it’s business-to-business customers that have some maybe interesting go-to-market needs, or they’re serving up their client with maybe some custom logic that they’re doing inside the ERP, and they need a solution that will bring those things to life.”
- Customer-partner collaboration: “My advice would be for customers to work closely with their partner, to just explore the depths of what Microsoft can do for them out of the box, but then not be afraid to look outside of that to where they have realistic gaps,” Meade notes. “Don’t try to make Microsoft do something that it was never designed to do. Look for solutions that might be helpful…And lean into your partner for help for getting that understanding, that trust.”
