For those new to or looking to optimize Copilot agents, the Academy course “Create Your First 4 Copilot Agents in a Day” will foster a hands-on environment to learn about building custom Copilot agents using Copilot Studio. C5 Insight’s Emily Boiteau, Practice Lead – Business Analytics & PMO, Jordan Loeffler, Technical Consultant, and Malcolm McAuley, Microsoft Solutions Practice Lead, will provide step-by-step guidance and tutorials to build four types of agents:

  • Agent 1: Help Desk
  • Agent 2: Website Q&A
  • Agent 3: Autonomous Dataverse Agent
  • Agent 4: Agentic Actions

Note: If you want to participate hands-on during this course, you must have access to Copilot Studio.

  • Learn how to get started creating simple agents in Copilot Studio
  • Understand the ready-to-customize Copilot Studio templates for both learning and production
  • Discover how to build custom actions using no-code/low-code Power Automate flows
