Highlights

01:37Binary Stream Software has been around for 23 years. Over the last few years, multi-entity management has evolved to be more industry-specific and use-case specific, to appeal to the needs of customers. Recently, the company licensed its subscription billing solution to Microsoft, which enabled Binary Stream Software to acquire Vertical Leap.

“We got more solutions that we either amalgamated into our existing products like multi-entity management, or into some of our newer ones, like [the] subscription billing suite,” explains Nassra.

03:26 — With multi-entity management specifically, “we’ve realized how ingrained it is, it really changes the overall infrastructure, the way that the business model works.” With multiple entities across various locations, it is important that all resources and third-party solutions exist within one central environment. As such, Binary Stream Software has been focused on integrations in a streamlined way.

“That, I think, is the power of partnerships. Because we’ve been around for 23 years, we have established connections… There’s no one path for customers to use the products so they can continue building their trust, and they focus on growing their business without any additional overhead.”

05:30 — Having the ability to centralize control — and eliminate additional work — are what many companies aim to do. Binary Stream Software looks for ways to address customer pain points with technology and empower continued growth into the future.

06:51 — Integrations for AP automation, payroll, and subscription billing — which Binary Stream Solutions offers — are strategic to businesses. Pam notes how many attendees of Community Summit North America have diverse focuses and diverse needs.

“I think their biggest challenge is finding an end-to-end solution where they can find something for contracts, you can find something for billings, you can find something for AP or AR, but then to find something that kind of all works together,” she notes.

10:31 — Nassra explains why Binary Stream Solutions values providing customers with end-to-end solutions.

“Balancing all these different priorities can be hard if you’re trying to mix and match and like, kind of, piecemeal your solution. But if you have something that comes in, fits your use case, fits your business model, but is still so cohesive together, that’s really the one-two punch.”

13:05 — Pam asks Nassra if he has any advice for customers looking to get started with end-to-end multi-entity management solutions.

“If you figure out the technology, great. What do you do with it? That’s where you need to figure out your own business. And that’s where we’re really happy to help all make sure that we have all the links attached and available for the customers.”

16:17 — Binary Stream Solutions will be at Community Summit North America 2023 at Booth #1227. Learn more about customer success stories and use cases here.
