Community Summit North America, the largest independent innovation, education, and training event for Microsoft Business Applications users, will feature over 700 sessions, 500 speakers, 250 partners, and welcome 5,500 attendees from October 13-17 in San Antonio, Texas.
Beyond the invaluable education, training, tips, tricks, tutorials, and how-to’s, Community Summit NA 2024 will offer a range of social events and experiences, hosted by the community, for the community. This post aims to highlight all of the engaging networking opportunities for the community.

Community Reception
Kick-off Community Summit NA 2024 on Monday, October 14th from 6-8PM at the Community Reception on the Expo Floor! 1st Timer Meetings
Taking place on Sunday, October 13th, from 5-5:30PM, the “1st Timer Meetings” are specific to the Business Central, CE/CRM & Power Platform, FO/AX, and Dynamics GP User Groups. Programming Committees will welcome first-time attendees to Summit, sharing the best tips, tricks, and recommendations for making the most Community Summit experience. User Group Welcome Reception
Immediately following the “1st Timer Meetings,” is the User Group Welcome Reception, from 5:30-6:30 PM in the Hemisfiar Ballroom. Community Golf Scramble
The “Community Golf Scramble at Summit,” happening on Saturday, October 12th, is an exciting day of golf and advanced networking. The Golf Scramble begins at 1PM at the Brackenridge Park Golf Course. Green fees, carts, refreshments, and rental clubs will be provided. Awards will be given for 1st, 2nd, and last place, so grab a partner for this epic complimentary event!
