03:05 — Pam shares a story of the collaboration between Leapwork — who will be at Summit North America — and Tyler Technologies, a company that delivers software solutions to local, state, and federal governments, in addition to counties and cities. Every agency is unique and has its own requirements, which means that the software solutions were highly customized, she explains. Tyler Technologies developed a no-code/low-code solution to make these customizations more obtainable. However, Pam highlights how this can create longer testing times. With the help of Leapwork, Tyler Technologies was able to take cut down its testing time from 2 weeks to one night.
04:57 — Ryan explains that Desert Schools Federal Credit Union, a bank with over 50 branches in Arizona, helped consolidate its reports using Power BI with the help of Solver. With Solver, Desert Schools Federal Credit Union was able to expedite its communications and send its reports to various branches more effectively, cutting down on time investments. The bank’s Assistant VP and Controller Ann Prettyman noted that “The Solver System is very easy to use. It’s mostly point and click, and even non-technical people are able to write reports.”
08:21 — John references the surfing company he has mentioned in previous episodes, which are in the midst of migrating to a Business Central environment. Now, the company is ready to begin their implementation. He explains that their biggest concern is data — where will all of this data sit so it can be easily migrated to the new environment? John explained the various options that are available to them — structured databases, unstructured databases, data lake houses — which could then feed into their ERP system. John connected the surf company with a Microsoft partner who specializes in data lake houses, which is a perfect, real-time example of the value of partners ecosystems.
