Community Summit 2025 is Over…What’s Next for BC/NAV Users?
You just attended Community Summit North America 2025 in Orlando, FL, and you’re probably excited about all the valuable content you received. Hopefully, you were able to connect with fellow users, partners, and ISVs.
This may have been your first time attending Community Summit, or maybe you are a long-time attendee. Regardless, here are some helpful tips and links to find out what is coming up for users and how you can be involved in the community after the event as a Business Central/NAV user.
Review and Share What You Learned
With all the information you gained at Community Summit, reviewing session notes and slides, as well as sharing what you learned, is a great way to revisit key takeaways from the event. You can do this by:
- Accessing slide decks on the Community Summit Whova App to review sessions you attended. They are also available at www.summitna.com under Agenda > Session List
- Submitting your session feedback on the app if you were not able to after your session; your feedback is important and considered for future sessions
- Sharing what you learned with your co-workers
Schedule Follow-Up Demos
Did you have a need and may have found a solution at the expo hall or in a Partner Showcase session? You can follow up with the partners and/or ISVs you visited and schedule a more in-depth demo to get more information and take advantage of their offerings.
Getting Involved
There are several ways that you can further your involvement in the Microsoft ecosystem after Community Summit, such as:
- Join your fellow Microsoft Dynamics users at https://dynamicscommunities.com/. The for-user, by-user community platform provides a space for you to post questions to members of the community for feedback and assistance, answer questions on the discussion forum, and access valuable articles, videos, and webinars
- Attend monthly meetings, including monthly national meetings and monthly webinars. You can find the schedule posted on the Dynamics Communities website (click here for upcoming events with Dynamics Communities) and register for the Community Summit Roadshows for free.

Next year, Community Summit North America will be held at the Gaylord Opryland in Nashville, TN, from October 11-15. You can register now.
This year was a huge success, and we look forward to next year’s Community Summit!
Other Community Opportunities
While 2025 is ending, there is still time for you to contribute and get involved in the community. The Board of Advisors is always looking for speakers and volunteers. If you are not comfortable speaking, please share content ideas for webinars and articles. The next BC/NAV national meeting will be held on Thursday, November 13th, from 1-3 PM Eastern, and you can add it to your calendar.
