Highlights

00:20 — One of the new features Heidi shares is around SMS. Specifically, Copilot integrations are expanding across SMS channels. This update will enable the deployment of Microsoft Copilot to WhatsApp, Azure Communication Services Chat, and SMS. This feature will be available in Public Preview in September 2024.

01:14 — Secondly, customer-managed encryption keys will now be a part of the Copilot Studio. This provides enhanced security to your organizations data.

02:00 — This feature will be available in Public Preview in September 2024, with an unknown release date for general availability.
