Additionally, the organization realized that “there’s really a need in our communities to uplift and basically change the shape of our country” through Dynamics 365, and bringing it closer to communities to educate and promote it.

12:13 — Tefassech notes how she is passionate about finding a role as a data analyst. “I want to become proficient in advanced data analytics… Beyond that, I envision transitioning into the data science role.” She notes that her training from TechFluent gave her a good vision and as such, she feels confident about the future.
18:14 — Part of Phil’s immediate goal is to become proficient in one of the products in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 technology stack, likely Power BI due to his previous role as a production assistant. Similar to TechFluent, Phil is passionate about giving back to the community.
20:44 — Rahel elaborates on her desired role in the future, which is a functional consultant, a role that is similar to the one she is doing now.
