Abstract Day 1: SQL Query Fundamentals I, led by Kerry Hataley on October 12-13, is an introduction into Microsoft SQL Queries- It is intended to teach the basic concepts of Structured Query Language (SQL), and provide a solid working knowledge through the many examples provided, and by active participation in the classroom lessons and labs. By design, this course has been developed to maximize your abilities to retrieve and display data for your reporting and analytics information needs.

Abstract Day 2: The class is intended to teach you and develop real world SQL queries against the Dynamics GP database. These queries and views can then be used as the bases for any reporting you want to develop using other tools like PowerBI, SSRS, Excel Refreshable, Excel Pivot and many more. By developing these complex queries and views you allow for a common one stop view that can be used by many different reports.

  • Learn where and how to find the Dynamics GP Data quickly and simply
  • Develop real world, take home queries and views for many modules
