The Service portal is a module used for quick and easy reporting of possible faults or errors that are detected in a production facility. The worker creates a request on the EAM Service Portal located in the production facility. The request describes the problem or issue to be resolved. A maintenance manager or supervisor can quickly decide what needs to be done to follow up on the request.
