00:41 — Administration Mode is automatically enabled for a restored environment, or can be manually enabled. To begin, start at the Power Platform Admin Center and select an environment. In the “details” area, select Edit, which is where Administration Mode can be enabled if it isn’t already. If you selec the “background” option, background operations are enabled.
01:31 — It’s important to note that Administration Mode restricts access to only system admins. This feature is especially useful when cleaning up data or when performing a large data migration.
