Top Fabric Features from November Release

Fabric features

November proved to be a solid month for Microsoft Fabric updates and new feature releases! At this pace, I may need to create a bi-weekly report with my favorite features released in Fabric, rather than on a monthly cadence.

Among all the features released in the last four weeks by Microsoft, it was difficult to pick my favorites, but I’ve landed on these four:

    • Automating Data Compaction: Compress files and reduce storage space and resources.

    • Dynamic Data Masking: Replace sensitive data with synthetic generated data.

    • Data Validation with Great Expectations: Open-source integration to validate data quality.

    • Data Mirroring: Create replicas of external data sources.

In this post, UG Expert and Microsoft MVP Pablo Moreno reviews these features in further detail.
