Update: I have created the user with Class ID SLONLY and have granted access to all companies, however when I log in as said user and launch SmartList I get a message that says “you do not have security privileges to access this window. Not sure how to proceed. Thank you!

Hi Jo,

It’s the internal report module and when I asked the name of the report the answer I got was “project import”. I’m adding a screenshot hoping this helps. It took 2 hours with a small company. I blacked out the company name and username. Hope this helps!

Hi Kerry,

Thanks for the reply! Yes, I do mean GP 18.6.

We are using Microsoft Dynamics GP 2016 R2.

We currently have a GP Enhancement support plan straight through Microsoft that we pay for.

We do not have a partner at the moment.

Does that mean we can purchase the software and the serial numbers ourselves or does Microsoft force us to obtain a partner?
