    Hello, we have a GP user who has mentioned that generating reports through Project Tracking is taking longer than usual. How can we troubleshoot this issue?

    Hi Eddie,

    Can you be specific by what you mean by “Project Tracking”? If it is the project module then let me know which report it is in order to best advise.

      Hi Jo,

      It’s the internal report module and when I asked the name of the report the answer I got was “project import”. I’m adding a screenshot hoping this helps. It took 2 hours with a small company. I blacked out the company name and username. Hope this helps!

    Ah! Okay, that is NOT Dynamics GP Native functionality it is a product by Blue Moon. I would reach out to Blue Moon for help on this.
