Integrated Teams Chat Error

We have been using Integrated Teams Chat with CRM since the beginning of this year. We have a bunch of Users that we are unable to add as a Participant of the Connected Chat and are given an error message. We ruled out CRM security as we set up one of the Users as a System Administrator and still have the error. Any ideas on how to fix this issue?

Hi Becky! Just to clarify, you have some users who CAN access this and others who do not, is that correct? I wrote a few articles here about the integration between Teams & Dynamics. Maybe they could help?
