I’m CRM/Exchange/Sever Side Sync in the cloud. I’m using tracking tokens to track CRM emails. Currently, I use a 3 letter prefix and 3 digits for the User Numbers. I want to change the token to a 2 letter prefix and 5 digits for User Numbers.
Since this will change the tracking token on all new emails, does anyone know if emails sent with the old tracking token format will still be processed into CRM and matched correctly?
