Versapay Launches Embedded Accounts Receivable Automation for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management

New capabilities bring payments and AR automation directly into the Microsoft ERP, so finance teams can manage invoice-to-cash without leaving F&SCM

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – August 31, 2026 — Versapay, a leading Accounts Receivable (AR) Platform, today announced its embedded AR capabilities are now available for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM). Announced ahead of Community Summit NA 2026 in Nashville, the launch gives F&SCM customers a way to automate invoice-to-cash without pulling their financial operations outside of their ERP.

For finance teams working with complex or high-volume receivables, getting from invoice to payment often means working across several systems and stitching together manual processes along the way. Versapay’s embedded capabilities bring payment acceptance and AR automation into F&SCM itself, cutting down on that friction and giving teams a clearer, faster path to cash.

“Finance teams shouldn’t have to leave their ERP to get paid,” said Carey Kolaja, CEO of Versapay. “Our embedded capabilities for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management let teams automate the work around accounts receivable while keeping everything connected to the system they already run their business on.”

Modern AR, Built Into F&SCM

Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM gives organizations a strong foundation for managing financial and operational processes. But payments and AR work have typically lived outside it and finance teams still must jump between systems to request payments, track transactions, reconcile activity, and follow up with customers.

Versapay closes that gap by embedding payment capabilities directly into the Microsoft environment. F&SCM customers can accept payments, send payment requests, and track payment activity without leaving the ERP or managing a separate set of disconnected tools.

With embedded AR, finance teams can:

  • Automate payment workflows: accept credit card and ACH payments inside the ERP, with activity flowing straight back into the financial system.
  • Cut down manual AR work: connect invoicing, payments, and receivables so there’s less repetitive data entry and reconciliation.
  • Make it easier for customers to pay: offer digital payment experiences that simplify how customers access invoices and pay them.
  • See cash flow more clearly: keep payment and transaction data close to the financial workflows teams already use.
  • Stay in one system: modernize AR without adding another tool to the stack.

“Accounts receivable is one of the last corners of finance where teams are still stitched together across disconnected systems,” Kolaja added. “Embedding AR into the Microsoft environment turns the ERP into more than a system of record. It becomes a system that teams can actually use to move money, manage receivables, and give customers a better way to pay.”

Extending Versapay Across the Dynamics Ecosystem

This launch builds on Versapay’s existing integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, extending embedded payments and AR automation further across the Dynamics portfolio. The Business Central integration already lets users process payments within their ERP and automatically connect invoice and payment activity. With this release, F&SCM customers get that same connected experience.

“Microsoft has built a powerful ecosystem for finance and operations, and we’re glad to bring that same value to accounts receivable,” Kolaja said. “Whether a business runs Business Central or F&SCM, the goal is the same: less time chasing payments and reconciling transactions, more time running the business.”

The launch arrives as AR complexity continues to climb. According to Versapay’s 2026 Cash Flow Clarity Report, 81% of finance leaders say collecting outstanding invoices has gotten harder, and 82% plan to increase investment in AR automation over the next 12 months.
