What’s Next for BC/NAV Users After Community Summit 2024
If you recently attended Community Summit NA 2024 in San Antonio, Texas, you’re likely excited about all the valuable content you received. Hopefully, you were able to connect with fellow users, partners, and ISVs.
This may have been your first Summit you attended or you’re a long-time attendee. Regardless of where you fall, below are some helpful tips and links to find out what is coming and how to get involved in the BC/NAV community.
Review and Share Learnings
It’s important to review your notes, slides, and other educational information you received while attending Summit NA and share it with your coworkers. A few helpful tips:
- Access slide decks on the Community Summit App to review sessions you attended. They are also available at summitna.com under Agenda > Session List
- Submit your session survey on the app if you could not after your session – your feedback is important and considered for future sessions
- Be on the lookout for an email announcing when the recorded sessions are available (near the end of November)
- Share what you learned with your coworkers
Schedule Follow-Up Demos
Did you find a solution at the Expo Hall or in a Partner Solution Showcase (PSS) session? Follow up with the Partners and/or ISV(s) you visited and schedule a more in-depth product demo.
Get Involved with the Community

Final Thoughts
Summit NA 2024 was a huge success, and we look forward to next year’s Community Summit. While 2024 is ending, there is still time for you to contribute and get involved in the community. The Board of Advisors is always looking for speakers and volunteers. If you are not comfortable speaking, please share content ideas for webinars and articles. Also, the next BC/NAV National User Group Meeting will be held on Thursday, November 21 from 1-2:30 PM EST and will be posted on the Dynamic Communities’ website for on-demand viewing. You can join the meeting here.
