Enabling Release Wave 1 Updates in Power Platform

Highlights

00:34 — Release Wave 1 notes for the Power Platform are now available. This month, updates to environments in Power Platform are coming.

01:23 — There is a release planner available to users that showcases all the features coming out. Users can also add these features to their personal planner, which is great if they’re managing a client environment.

02:40 — Kylie opens up an environment from the Power Platform Admin Center, and notes that the “Updates” area notifies users of upcoming updates, new releases, and demonstrates how to turn them on in the environment.

03:43 — She encourages users to “test” new updates in a deployment environment, rather than a production environment in case changes need to be made.
