Integrating Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Dynamics 365 Business Central
Many organizations use Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement to track accounts, contacts, and the sales process. Then, they use Dynamics 365 Business Central for things such as order fulfillment and invoicing. Since there is a lot of data that is common to both systems, it makes sense to have a way to integrate the systems and keep data synchronized between the two systems.
