00:56 — Tech RV, a B2C company, utilizes Paystand solutions, despite B2B being Paystand’s “core competency.” RV repairs are costly, and the company’s owner wanted to stop absorbing credit card fees, notes David, which can be done through a convenience fee opportunity. With the Paystand Bank Network, a free network that allows customers to avoid paying service fees, the company was able to help Tech RV avoid credit card fees.

With the Paystand Bank Network, Paystand is able to “settle in the same business day.” Although the company focuses on B2B payments, he notes that Paystand can “play in that [B2C] space when the pain points are there.”

08:11 — This month, Paystand is announcing “Paystand for Everyone,” which can be applied to all Microsoft Dynamics business applications. Essentially, it’s an import/export tool” that allows users to do cash application bank reconciliations. While the company still focuses on its Business Central offerings, Paystand is expanding its horizons to offer services for customers of all Microsoft products.
