Business Central Planning Worksheet Parameters

00:16 – Within Business Central, every item card has two FastTabs, replenishment, and planning. Chinsky says these fields need to be entered properly

01:21 – Chinsky advises that users who have businesses in multiple locations should set up their stock keeping units with the “item variant location methodology.” This will ensure that stock keeping units can be created with various parameters.

02:25 – Using the “item variant location methodology,” users can tell the system where each location will receive its stock components from. These can be set up ahead of time.

02:42 – This component of the planning parameters is an important aspect that ensures businesses will receive the right purchase, production, or transfer order at various locations.
