Customer Case Study – D365 Implementation Training Lessons Learned
In this session, we will discuss the training approach for TD Industries’ successful implementation of D365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Finance and Supply Chain (F&O). TD Industries, founded in 1946, is an American construction and technology corporation that provides commercial and industrial services such as air conditioning, electrical, and plumbing systems primarily through general contractors. TD Industries implemented D365 CE and FO across eight locations and more than 2000 users. In this session, we will discuss various strategies used for core team and end user training like custom training development, online training, in-person training, and instructor development.
