Docentric. The tool itself is easy to use and has a lot of great functionality. They are also one of the BEST ISV’s we have ever worked with. They are very responsive and are great to work through any issues or general ideas/questions with you.

We currently use Docentric and moved away from BottomLine back in 2020. We cannot say enough good things about Docentric from the ease of use to their customer support. They are one of the best ISV’s we have worked with. Note, we still need to customize to meet some of our business requirements, but even those have been easy to do with how the tool is designed.
