I always make the suggestion that credits only be entered on the Parent account, if possible. That would eliminate this issue in the future.

that is, sort of, the rationale behind the setting on the National account, if to allow payment receipt entry on the Child accounts:

I am assuming you have the orders in a text or excel type file? have you look into using SmartConnect to import?

It can even add lines to an existing order so that you need only import the items and not the header type stuff…

Hi Carl,

That was me. Thanks for the link, I was already aware of that list.

Really, I was asking to have us ALL start to think about where partners are going to go for assistance now that MS support can’t help with difficult Manufacturing questions anymore.

What I like to see is ongoing conversations to work out some spaces (this discussion board?) for formal and informal collaboration between partners/consultants/experts to enable continued support for GP Manufacturing users.
