We ran the routine to move completed purchase orders to history.

We need to reopen some POs (put into status=change order; add some new lines; etc.)

Can this be done? Move a PO from ‘History’ back to an ‘Open’ status?

      Thanks,
      Kyle

      Hi

Hey!Ā  Haven’t talked to you in a while!

There is no way, I know of, to move PO’s back from history.

HOWEVER!Ā  thinking outside the box, you can use the “Copy PO” Functionality to copy the line information from old PO’s to a new one?, then change the PO Number.Ā  (Copy PO’s from the “Activity” Drop down.Ā  Just have to fill out the header of the PO before you use the Copy functionality

The history and regular PO tables are very similar, it should not be that difficult to write a SQL query to move an historical PO back to OPEN.
