Hi,
Please check
* That the notification/distribution batch jobs are up and running
* That workflow notifications are turned on in the user options form
* That an email template is setup and linked to your workflow in the workflow configuration form.
This should ensure that users get workflow email notifications.

There are 2 workflow Email notifications: PR and PO, PR is working notification email are going to the approver. However from PO workflow its not sending email to approver
1.Batch jobs: are up and running as email distribution batch, how can i distinguish which one is for PR and PO
2. Notification are check marked : Sys admin – user – option- notification check marked – email addreses are given
3.email template is set up under email templateis there some set up require in batch group
Sys admin – workflow – workflow parameter –Ā notification – PR
Workflow infrastructure config is setup

Hi,
Are the approvers for the PR and PO the same persons?
If they are different, a setup in the employee table or the approver user might be missing.
Can you check that?

Approver are the separate person and separate group is set up and assigned in workflow set up for approval

Check the email sending status screen to see if the workflow is creating the emails.Ā If it is, you problem is probably with the setup of users in Office 365.Ā Each user needs to be configured for Send As/Send on Behalf Of.Ā See link for instructions on setting up email in D365FO——————————

EDIT: Late to show and less information than the others.Ā But I cannot delete this.
Hi Nazim.
You did not give much information (is it not working for anyone? for a single user? what version of AX/365?), but in AX 2012 R3, you need to make sure that a user is setup to receive notifications via email.

PR workflow email notifications are working. However PO email notifications are not wroking
Even cant find in Batch job thatĀ

Does the person who should receive the PO email notification has its user properly setup. That is, does this user have a valid email address specified?
