Hi Nazim.
I dont know which role you need.

But in D365 or AX2012 it is possible to record as an administrator the process you look at and then see what entry points and duties is needed to perform the requested proccess.

Receiving clerk can cancel this … but if your PO is related to the SO , you have to add Shipping clerk too…

What version of AX are you on? We’re running AX 2012 R3 CU 11 and planning to install KB3196554 as a fix to allow users to cancel and correct product receipts using the Load Planning workbench. I’m wondering if this may be the solution to your issue.

?Good Morning,   We are running AX2012 R3.  The Accounts Payable role in our company is the one who can cancel a receipt on a PO.  ACCOUNTS PAYABLE>Inquiries>Journals>Product Receipt.  Option is in the action bar. If the receipt is for inventory items, other steps sometimes need to happen before a receipt can be canceled.
