      Hi Jessica,

      I am not sure, but I think I have seen this before and it had to do with periods not being open in the Fiscal calendar.  That being said, this is not the usual message I would suspect if that was the case.

      Well its from a sales order I’m trying to deliver today.  It was just made today.

      Gotcha.  At what stage of the Sales Order process are you getting this InfoLog?  Is it when confirming the Sales Order?

      Jessica,

      Check your inventory postings to ensure that you have a main account setup for the transaction ‘Packing slip’ under the sales order tab.

      If that looks appropriate, please check that the main account setup is included in the account structure for that legal entity’s ledger.

      Chris is correct these types of messages are to inform you that you are trying to post transactions financially but they do not have a link between the transaction and the financial account. Any message like this the first place to look is at the posting option under setup in Inventory management.
