       Just wondering if  out there has ever anyone that has outsources Master Data maintenance/support or what are you doing today in your mid-size organizations.

      Can you provide examples please? Are you meaning outsourcing people to update SO pick and pack and invoice? Update PO receipts?

      Hi Crystal,

      ?it is not clear to me, what you actually mean with outsource.
      In our company we have “sort of” outsourced it:

      1. The golden master records are in other systems (non AX) which are either exported-imported into our AX instances or they are consumed by web services into AX. Depending on the type of data (product data, configurations, production- and service BOMs for example)

      2. We have a central master data team, of which most of the people are not using AX, we also have some people in a foreign country helping us.
